Simple family bunkhouse that sleeps 6-8 people. No slides makes for quick and easy setup. Enjoy being outside and making memories.Two can sleep in the master on a queen bed, and 2 can occupy the bunk house at the opposite end. Fresh linens are provided for the beds. (You must bring your own pillows.) Sofa & table can also be converted into beds to accommodate more sleeping if needed.Trailer is equipped with a TV in living area.Bathroom has hand soap and approved toilet paper. Please bring your own towels and toiletries.No Beach camping unless you are staying at a RV park. (We do not deliver to the beach.)(Black/Gray) Tanks must be dumped before returning. I will charge $75.00 fee if tanks are not emptied and Flushed.• We ask that Renters agree to return the trailer in the same condition in which it is received•Tabletops and counters wiped down, dishes washed, refrigerator to be cleaned out, floors swept, and trash emptied.•Fees will be assessed if the trailer is not cleaned when returning.Rules - Absolutely No Smoking in RV, No climbing on the roof and please don't have awning out when not in use or if it's windy! Only use provided toilet paper or if supply runs out you must use septic safe RV style toilet paper.
