Come enjoy a weekend get away in a brand new fully loaded geo pro camping trailer. Stocked with utensils, toilet paper, accessories, etc. Our camper can sleep 5 very easy (2/3 adults, 2/3 kids). Comes with all hookup accessories to get you outdoors.3500 lbs dry weight, 4500 lbs fully loaded (full tanks and cargo). Can be pulled by most mid size suvs or trucks.I have an equalizer hitch and generator available to rent out for an additional cost.Trailer is equipped with trailer brakes. Renter is responsible to either have a factory trailer brake controller or aftermarket controller equipped on their vehicle.Return Fees (Fees are avoidable if returned in same condition):
-Propane Charge - $25 if not returned at same level as delivered (there are a few fill stations near drop-off location)
-Dump Fee - $50 fee if waste tanks (black and grey tanks) are not properly dumped
-Cleaning Fee - $100 minimum cleaning fee if trailer is returned dirtyNote:
-If you do not wish to dump and flush the tanks, we can do it for you. There is a $50 fee.
-There is No smoking in or around the trailer. Smoking in the trailer will forfeit your entire security deposit.
-Can deliver within 50 miles for a $75 feeCosa è inclusoSolar, LED lighting, toilet, shower/bath, outside shower, outdoor awning, diner slide out, tv, satellite/cable hookups, WiFi ranger, AC/heater, bunk beds, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, outdoor gas griddle, off road clearance, hot water heater (gas or electric).Dishware, cooking utensils, etc are all included.Renter needs to bring their own bedding/sheetss, pillows, towels.RV toilet paper is included (do not use your own toilet paper or flush anything down the toilet, deposit will be forfeited)
