We want to make sure you get to enjoy your vacation so we try to include most of the things you'll need, but don't want to drag along.-One large slide out makes the inside feel so much bigger, you won't be tripping over your family or friends, everyone will have plenty of room to move around.
-Outdoor kitchen with a sink and stove so you can be outside socializing and still get dinner ready.
-Full indoor kitchen, refrigerator, separate freezer, sink, convection microwave.
-Queen bed, large cab over bunk, sofa and dinette also convert into sleeping spaces. The sofa and dinette each sleep one adult comfortably, or two snuggly.
-On board generator in case you're a little short on battery power or need to cool things down with the air conditioning.
-Seat belts for 8 people
We have included for you as part of your rental the following:
-Sheets, blankets and pillows.
-The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, dish soap, sponge, trash bags and a trash can. We will even include a coffee maker so you can start your day off on the right foot.
-Bathroom necessities including bath towels, washcloths, & a roll of RV specific toilet paper.If you need anything else not listed here, don't hesitate to ask us and we may be able to get it for you. We may also be able to coordinate pickup or delivery (for a fee) if you need, just ask!Please note: The Awning has been "kindly removed" from a previous renter. Due to the fact that this is the 3rd time that the awning has been "removed" we will not be replacing it to save our renters the hassle and possible $$. 5.0The RV was clean, simple to use, and just the right size for us. It drove easily and handled well on the road. The introduction to the RV was helpful and all we needed to have a successful trip. The awning had been broken by the previous renters and we weren't told until the time of pick up. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time inorder to pack our own.

4.0First and foremost, everything worked! The fridge and freezer were cold, the toilet and shower worked, and the AC was nice and chilly. Those are pretty commonly either broken or partially working in RVs. We were able to plug into a 110v plug with the 240v adapter and had no issues with power. I would definitely rent this RV again IF: * The bed sheets are replaced. They were clean, but were pilling badly which made them uncomfortable. * The alignment is tightened. There is a decent amount of play in the steering which makes it a constant battle to steer properly. * It's cleaned properly inside and out. It badly needed a wash on the outside. The windshield was pretty dirty and it was hard to use the mirrors because the windows and mirrors had a ton of water spots. Additionally, the inside needed a vacuum but everything else was clean. * Replace the stereo. Even when the car and stereo were off after we parked, I kept getting requests to pair my phone with it. I eventually just deleted my phone from the bluetooth menu. Also, the rear camera is REALLY difficult to see. If there's any glare it's almost impossible. All in all it was a great RV, just needs a couple things to make it perfect.
