Other fuels may damage the generator and it will be the renters responsibility for replacement. • Do not use the awning in windy conditions. Damage to awning will forfeit complete deposit. • Do not flush wipes, household toilet paper, foreign objects, or feminine hygiene products down toilet. Only use of supplied toilet paper permitted. Tank cleaning fee will apply. •Do not force the motorized bunk unit. If the seat conversion section will be used for a bed, you must lower all legs to the ground before applying weight. • Renter must understand how to raise and lower bed/seat sections before operating. Failure will cause damage at renters expense. • If you are towing and delivering the trailer to your own destination, trailer must be brought back in a clean manner (standard camping conditions) and must not have mud, heavy dust, heavy sand, excessive bugs, etc. if trailer is brought back excessively dirty, a $250 fee will be charged. • All desert campers are to be mindful of camp location to mitigate heavy dust in camper. Excessive cleaning fee may apply. • Will not deliver to the back to back spots at Campland by the Bay. Refer to Camplands site map prior to booking.
