Awesome trailer ready for all your camping, traveling and hunting trips! Light and easy to tow around and park - whether you are headed for a KOA with full hooks up, or out of cell service in the mountains this trailer is perfect for you. Trailer has a roof top AC unit for the hot summer and a perfect heater that runs off propane and a small amount of battery for the cold nights. Stove top and microwave for cooking (note: no oven). Bunk beds for the kids or other adults, convertible dinette and full size bed. Easy access door on back side of camper for huge storage area or for fresh summer breeze. Full shower and a shower head outset to help cleanup kids or pets. ***During Winter Months - it is against policy to stay in locations where the temperate will drop below 30 degrees (Including at night!). Frozen pipes and/or tank damage or any weather related damage will be the responsibility of the renter (Broken policy fine of $250 (not including damages)***Cosa è inclusoRental includes:

- No smoking or drug use inside the trailer - drug use will forfeit the deposit
- No festivals
- NO OFF-ROADING
- NO awning use during increment weather (will damage the system) damaged awning will forfeit the security deposit
- please return camper with all water and sewer tanks empty
- Will empty tanks for you for a $50 fee
- Pick-up time of 3 PM(Flexible if needed)
