5Mark is a wonderful host, incredibly communicative and knowledgeable, helpful and kind. His mobile home is a dream, so comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend!

1The RV stinks like sewage even with the gray and black water tanks are empty. It did not have this fowl oder when I picked up the RV, however, shortly after parking it for a 5 day trip we could barely step inside the RV due to the sewage smell. The owner did not fill the water tank at pickup forcing us to have to find an RV park to fill the RV with water. The RV was also over priced. The owner claimed that we cracked the shower sunroof during the trip and took photos after I dropped off the RV showing a cracked sunroof. The owner was not present at drop-off. The owner could also not present photos from departure showing that there was no damage when I picked up the RV. We did not step inside the shower. There was no possible way that we caused this damage. The owner withheld $1049.66 of our security deposit. I will not be renting from this owner again.

5Mark's RV was great. It is well equipped with anything you may need, and is well decorated and comfortable. It was given to me in great condition. Mark was also very professional. Unfortunately I accidentally caused some minor interior damage prior to returning, but Mark was very understanding and the process for resolving it went very smoothly. I would 100% recommend this RV

5We needed an RV, and were lucky enough to find Mark just in time. Our dates were fast approaching, and he worked to have his RV ready for us. The vehicle was clean, and easy to operate. Communication turnaround was quick.
