Excellent condition, very spacious and comfortable. We love camping and have all the amenities to be your home away from home while you explore the great outdoors. This has everything you want! Sleeps 9 adults comfortably, nice kitchen area and bathroom. We've been camping for years and if you need something, just ask, we may have it!Bike rack holds 4 bikes - Included
