Oliver provides an organized, hour-long walkthrough with laminated instructions. He is highly communicative, responsive to questions, and supportive, checking in during trips. He is accommodating with pick-up/drop-off and provides amenities like a grill and kitchen items.

Oliver was very nice but more concerned about the RV than our enjoyment of it. We were two medium size women and could not take a shower as the bathroom was too small. As this is a very small rv everything was small and you don’t realize it until you are in it. It drove very well and had minimal rattling.
