- Please NO smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the trailer (a fee of $500 will be charged if any evidence of listed items has occurred inside the trailer)
- We can deliver locally for a fee.
- If you are unable to dump, there is a $25 dump station fee. If you are having the trailer delivered, the dump fee is included in the delivery fee.
- We can provide a generator for an additional fee (for dry camping a generator is *mandatory*)
- Dry Weight : 6,500 (must have trailer brake system installed and have experience towing. We can provide hitch and weight distribution bars.)
- We do allow pets upon approval.
- Minimum 2-night stay
- Refundable security deposit $500
- Renters who do not arrive at scheduled drop-off or pick-up times may be charged an additional add-on fee of $50. *These times will be coordinated when booking.*
- If the trailer is not left in the condition it was received we will charge an additional $250 for extra cleaning.

5.0We were first timers on an RV vacation with 2 young kids and this RV was perfect! Just as pictured in the listing and quite spacious! We selected the delivery and setup option - so glad we did! Totally worth it. The fireplace was so nice for the cold nights and mornings and the outdoor grill was fun to cook on! Tons of storage all over the RV too. Catherine was very responsive from the second I requested to book and so so helpful! I had lots of questions as a first timer and she answered them all so quickly and thoroughly. Because of Catherine, we were very prepared and the trip was a success. Highly recommend!

5.0Gary and Catherine were great hosts. Their camper was very nice and well taken care of. They communicated with us the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly on the day of delivery. We had a great time and would definitely rent from them again in the future.

5.0I would give 10 stars if I could! Gary and Catherine could not have been more awesome. They were responsive, early to set up, kind and so helpful! The camper was AMAZING and beautiful! Looked brand new, clean and very roomy!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed!
