Thorough, Responsive, and Supportive
Tom provided thorough walkthroughs making first-timers comfortable and was highly responsive and engaged during an issue resolution. Ernie was easy to communicate with. One booking was canceled by the host.
Drives easily despite size
The spacious motorhome was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, fitting families and 4 adults. It drove easily, though one trip experienced a slide malfunction that was resolved.

4.0We had a great overall experience renting from Tom. At pickup, he took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident before we hit the road, which I really appreciated. The motorhome was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. It’s a big RV and supported our family very well throughout the trip. We did have an issue with the slide not retracting during our trip, which caused a delay and required a mobile mechanic. That said, Tom was very apologetic about the situation, stayed in constant contact, and remained engaged until it was fully resolved. He was responsive, easy to deal with, and clearly cared about making things right. Overall, despite that issue, we had a positive experience and would consider renting from him again.

5.0Couldn’t have rented an RV from two humans sweeter then Tom and Ernie. Very thorough with the initial walk thru and very communicative during our trip. We ran into a couple hiccups and Tom was always available and ready to help in any we he could. The RV was stocked and drove very easily down the coastline. It was a prefect setup for our family of 4.

5.0Tom and Ernie were fantastic hosts! Very thorough and responsive communication from the days leading up to the trip until the day of returning the RV. On arrival we were given a thorough walkthrough leading us to feel more comfortable with the setup process. They were easy to reach for questions and we valued their laid back approach. We had more than enough space to navigate during all of our stops.
