This RV is like new, easy to drive , well-equipped and comfortable. Ting is very nice, he explained all the details and tips about the car and the trip, very helpful. It was amazing trip for our family

Lavan and his wife were very helpful and supportive and we really appreciated it since it was our first time renting and using an RV.
Lavan was also responding fully and promptly which is very important when we needed any help or had any questions.
Regarding the RV I must say that Mercedes is amazing in RV's too. Very comfortable and nice ride. Also very well equipped, kitchen dining, sleeping area... and very functional. My cousin family was with us with Ford RV he rented from Cruise America... brand new and in all aspects not even comparable to Mercedes.
I can highly recommend Lavan and his Mercedes RV for future rentals.
Lavan was also responding fully and promptly which is very important when we needed any help or had any questions.
