2022 Winnebago Solis Camper Van 4 sleeper/ 4 seats/upgrades

Wei was very communicative. He provided guidance upon picking up the rental, very detailed and easy to follow. The van itself was in good condition and basic necessities: a small pot, a medium size pan, paper/plastic eatery such as plates, bowls, forks. The van was well stocked with toilet paper. Paper towel roll provided was mostly used, but luckily we brought our own which we used for the last day of our 3 day rental. The van was spacious for my husband and I, the Murphy bed was super comfy if you are a firm bed sleeper. We appreciated the fan and AC as we took it to the desert. Appreciated the solar panels keeping the van charged up. The refrigerator also got cool pretty fast. Shower water heater took about 20 minutes to heat up which was expected and offered a nice shower. Although we did forget to empty the grey tank up on return, Wei was mostly nice about it. We took responsibility for forgetting to dump it but I believe we got incorrectly blamed for previous usage, having been accused of leaving back coffee grounds and other garbage in the grey tank even though we didn’t have any coffee grounds the entire trip. Nonetheless, we apologized and paid the necessary charges. What could help future renters is a checklist in the van where renters can follow to ensure all the necessary check out/return steps are completed. Overall, we loved Wei’s van. It was an easy to use and Great for first timers as well as those experienced. D

The Solis Van is a great piece of tech. When I narrowed by extensive search down to 4 candidates, ALL of them were owners of Winnebago Solis RVs. We went with Wei for our first RV experience, and have no complaints. He was very responsive to text questions, sent us links to helpful videos and has tricked out his van with many small add-ons that made the trip that much better, from fog lights to seat cushions. We opted for an additional charging brick which really came in handy as our site in Monument Valley was completely dry with no electrical hookup. In short, great vacation, great rig, great host. Will 100% rent from Wei again!

Our experience working through Outdoorsy was very easy. I can say the same about working with the owner of the RV, Wei. From reserving the RV, to picking it up, to delivering it back afterwards was a very simple process. Wei was easy to contact, and he responded to emails, and texts, in a timely manner. If I am to rent another RV in the San Jose, CA area, I will contact Wei.

Wei was extremely communicative and provided all of the information I needed to utilize the vehicle. He worked with me to ensure I was able to pick up and drop off at times that worked for both of us as well. I highly recommend renting from Wei!
