5.0I will give 6 stars for Michael. His service is awesome! He is so nice to help me adjust the hitch, hoop up the trailer, check everything before you go. He also very responsible when you have the questions about trailer on your trip. He replied you and also follow up. The trailer also perfect. Very clean and comfortable. This is my first time RV trip. And I am very satisfied.
