The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, stove and oven that makes you feel like you're at home. The RV has heating and cooling, 32' TV w/dvd player, shower, toilet/sink (separate from shower), porch lights, patio awning and a large rear trunk. Bedding (sheet sets, pillows and comforters) are available to rent, as well but must be arranged in advance. Any fee's pulled from the deposit, the renter will pay the 2.95% processing fee. Should you need bedding (sheets, comforter and pillows) for 8 people, it can be rented for a fee. The interior and exterior will be clean upon pickup, should the RV not be returned in the same condition, there will be a cleaning fee. A bike rack can also be rented but must be ordered prior to departure day. I love meeting my renters, hearing about their trip and having them re-rent the following years. I am extremely honest, friendly and flexible because I want people to have a great trip.
