Norman is praised for excellent, patient communication, providing thorough walkthroughs, demonstrating appliance function, and being flexible with pickup/drop-off times, making the process smooth.
Functional but has maintenance needs
The 2017 RV is comfortable and decent for weekend trips but has cleanliness concerns, an intermittent water pump, no hot water, and a leaking city water connector. One guest experienced the propane running out.

5.0I was a little hesitant to rent this RV after reading some of the previous reviews, but those reviews actually helped me know what questions to ask before booking. I want to thank Norman for his excellent communication and for patiently answering all of my questions as a first-time RV renter. The pickup and drop-off process were seamless. He even agreed to meet early in the morning to give us a thorough walkthrough, demonstrating how everything worked and turning on the appliances and A/C to make sure everything was functioning properly before we left. The RV is a 2017 model, so it does show some normal wear and tear, but it was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because the refrigerator and restroom could have used a little extra attention before pickup. It wasn't a major issue, and I was able to freshen them up before we used them. Overall, this RV was perfect for our weekend getaway, and the price couldn't be beat. Thank you again, Norman! I look forward to renting this RV again for our future camping trips.

2.0Well, the water pump worked intermittently, and we didn't have any hot water when it did run. I'm grateful to Norman for supplying the trailer for us as we did really need it for our weekend. I am most disturbed by not being able to get into the website, Outdoorsy customer service saying we could get emergency water from roadside assist-yet, roadside assist didn't offer that. Also, on the website at booking it said free delivery within 20 miles, yet I did see something about being charged $80.00 for delivery and pickup? Another nice thing would've been maybe a simple "binder" of basic operations of the trailer, like using TV , radio, fridge... Again, I'm grateful we did have the trailer for the weekend, just don't think I'll use a service like this again as the advertised "nightly fee" was $90.00 and for two nights out total fee was $433.00 :(
