Thorough support & instruction
J&M provide professional, friendly, and accommodating service, offering great pre-trip guidance (hitch height, brake controller) and detailed walkthroughs for first-timers. They also offer crucial recovery support for equipment failures.
Spacious, clean, family pop-up
The pop-up trailer is spacious, comfortably accommodating families of 4-8, and is noted for being clean. One user experienced a failure with the electric raising/lowering system and found leveling chocks inadequate. It lacks an indoor toilet.

3.0Excellent equipment (except raising lowering system) notably outdoor griddle! Kids had great time inside and slept well. Good hand off instructions though some added detail about manual lowering ops would have saved much trouble at the end. Really appreciate the recovery support with the failed electric top lowering mechanism. Lesson learned carry a battery drill with socket attachment for manual system as well as carry tools to facilitate system access. Also be sure to be clear on alternate ops (manual system) before going 'off grid' to save multiple trips to cell coverage for instruction. On one campsite pad the curved chock was not adequate to level the trailer - told blocks were there for additional height but did not see them. Trip prep support was great with guidance regarding hitch height and tongue weight needs, 7 pin connectors, electric brake controllers and cable routing etc. Overall successful trip with several lessons learned!

5.0This was a great pop up camper for a family of 4. We were going out without hookups and the solar rental through them was so worth it! It kept the batteries charged and we could run sink water, lights, and the heater at night. No indoor toilet.
