Hear me out, 99% of other listings will add a generator fee, propane fee and a variety of other adders on top of their nightly rate. Our goal is to limit those fees altogether by including everything you need at no extra cost.We include all of the amenities for your camping trip at no extra charge. We offer camping chairs, outdoor canopies, linen, towels, cookware, dishes, and propane to help you get on the road.
If you require generator usage for dry camping we start you off with a full tank of gas.
We don’t charge a holding tank dumping fee when you return like many others do.Our RV sleeps 6 people comfortably, there are a total of 3 Beds (1 queen, 2 full), a fold out sofa, and a dinette conversion for extra sleeping space.
The living room has a large screen TV, and Bluetooth audio speakers for music.(Yes!) We offer delivery/setup/takedown/pickup. if you select this option when booking a delivery charge will be added to cover the cost for delivery.

Hi everyone! My name is Andrew, and I am really excited to share my travel trailer with you today. One of the things that I have enjoyed the most, are the places that all my renters are exploring! Almost all of my bookings have been deliveries and I also get the opportunity to see the cool places they stay. I've been lucky to see and discover camping locations like Julian, Carlsbad, Mission Bay, and Del Mar just to name a few.
