-Clean Return Policy- Please return the van in the same clean condition it was picked up. A $250 cleaning fee may apply if returned dirty. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or odor may result in an additional cleaning charge. ***NO SOLID WASTE IN TOILET*** ***NO FOOD DOWN THE DRAIN*** -Fuel- Regular unleaded gas only (87 octane). Please return with a full gas tank. If not full, we’ll refill and deduct from your deposit, plus a $50 service fee. -Tanks- Van comes with a full 20-gallon non-potable fresh water tank. Please empty the toilet yourself in any residential toilet prior to return. We will empty your grey water tank for you. -Off-Grid Only- Hookups and generator access are disabled by design. This van is off-grid ready with solar and battery power. Not suitable for RV parks that require hookups. -Mileage Policy- 100 miles per day included. Additional miles billed at $0.50 per mile. Mileage is calculated as an average over the trip (example: 700 miles on a 7-day rental). -Battery & Solar Use- Solar panel charges the house battery (lights, fans, fridge, USB ports). Do not use high-draw appliances like hair dryers, microwaves, or kettles. Monitor battery levels to avoid draining the system. -No Smoking- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the van. Smoke damage will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. -Pets Allowed- WITH CARE Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please keep pets off the bed. You are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning related to your pet. -No Towing or Off-Roading- This van is not equipped for towing. No off-roading or driving on unpaved roads. Light dirt roads to campsites are okay. -Pickup & Drop-off Times- Standard pickup time: 12:00 PM Standard return time: 12:00 PM. Early pickup or late return may be available for a fee — please ask in advance. -Accidents or Breakdowns- Notify us immediately if anything goes wrong.
