We rent in 24 hour periods. So if you pick up the RV at 8:00 am it must be returned by 8:00 am. Pick up and drop off times need to be agreed upon in advance within the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Dump cost charges if waste tanks not empty upon return ($50)
Cleanliness:
Please return the RV “broom clean” This means please remove all trash, wipe off counters and inside the refrigerator. Clean stove, oven, microwave and swipe floor.No smoking allowed in the RV including the electronic cigarettes – Evidence of smoking will be met with a $500 deep cleaning fee from your damage deposit, and additional fees if there is damage.Minimum age : 25

Great Times, Our host JC was amazing very easy to accommodate and his RV was well kept and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect size for a family of four. Very easy to maneuver and also easy to drive. Highly recommend it and will definitely rent it from JC.

• No towing • Hitch bike racks ok • Hitch baskets for extra space ok • Fill up before the fuel gauge hits 1/4 tank • Keep an eye on the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). I will provide the necessary DEF • Check generator oil level prior to start each time. I will provide the necessary oil • To open and close the slide out the RV has to be level. However, leveling the RV is a breeze with automatic self leveling jacks at a push of a button.
