No pets, smoking, tailgating, festivals, towing or going out of state without prior notice will result in a forfeit of your entire security deposit and immediate pickup of the rental unit without refund. If Renter violates any of the terms or conditions of this Rental Agreement or fails to call the police to the scene of a collision loss, Renter will be responsible for the full amount of damages. You must report all accidents involving the Camper to us within 24 hours of occurrence. Renter further agrees to pay for any damages above and beyond any monies we are able to obtain through the insurance company or through your security deposit. If we are unable to recover any monies through the insurance company, and/or if the security deposit is unavailable to us, you agree to immediately pay for damages in full. If any rental results in a loss or chargeback to us caused by a deposit or fee dispute by the renter, the disputed amount will be taken to court. Should any matters resulting from this rental result in a court case, you agree to also pay our attorney fees and court filing costs.
