Fantastic Van and a great host! We had a wonderful experience renting this Sprinter van. Ryan was a great host. He was incredibly accommodating with our pickup and drop-off schedule, and communication was quick and easy from start to finish. The van itself was great. The setup and amenities were well thought out, and Ryan was thorough in explaining how everything worked, so we felt confident operating it on our own. A few highlights for future renters: Comfortable bed with an adjustable feature. We especially appreciated this when our campground site had a slight slant. Being able to adjust made for a much better night’s sleep. Fully equipped for camping. The van came with everything we needed including chairs, a table, and a camp stove, so we didn’t have to bring any of our own gear. Easy to drive. Even though it’s a 24' van, it felt comfortable behind the wheel. Small touches, like the MagSafe magnetic phone holder, made driving (and navigating) easier. We’d happily rent from Ryan again and recommend this van to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free road trip.

The van worked great! We drove it for over 7,000 miles during the 8 week rental. The bed was super-comfortable and at 6’5” I fit for fine. Ryan was very helpful & easy to work with!

Ryan has done a phenomenal job on building out a thoughtful and cozy van that has everything you need and as well as some luxuries. He was very communicative and explained all the details of the van thoroughly. The van has everything you could need and made for a super comfortable getaway to Mt Laguna.

First experience with Outdoorsy and with renting a van, and I could not have asked for a better time. Ryan was an incredible host. In the walkthrough, he explained everything thoroughly and efficiently, and on top of that, he provided resources in case I forgot something he said. After the walkthrough he was easy to get in touch with in case I had questions on the road. Regarding the van, it was perfect. This was my first time in this type of setup and everything was intuitive. The kitchen, the coffee setup, the outdoor shower, and everything else was amazing. We had the best time renting Ryan's van! Took it up to Death Valley National Park for the weekend. Ryan is super thorough in his debrief before the trip and super responsive to questions that may come up. He clearly put a lot of thought and care into building it and we're so grateful we were able to rent it!
