Responsibility for Damage or Loss • Renter is responsible for all damage or loss to the vehicle whether at fault or not. • At Beast RV’s sole discretion, Renter is also responsible for loss of use if applicable while vehicle is being repaired for damages and for Diminution of the vehicle’s value caused by damage.
