No cleaning/dump fees if RV RETURNED SAME AS RECEIVED. Ck Generator Oil ea 6 hours. Ck engine fluids/tire psi every fill-up. Stay off roof. Renter is responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental. Insurance deductible is $5k. No smoking/vape. No off pavement use. Cleaning fee $100/hr. Dump fee $195. Late returns $65/hr. Pet traces found $300. Sewer clogs fixed @ renter expense. If a dispute arises out of, or related to, this Agreement, or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Mediation Rules (CMR), before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its CMR. All fees & expenses of the mediation and/or arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally. Each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel. This rv has gps. Signer acknowledges they were orally & here in writing advised we may activate electronic surveillance technology to locate RV if it is not returned within 72 hrs of the return date, and/or to provide roadside assistance.

Mia was excellent in showing the RV and its features. She worked with me on all my questions and was very helpful in general.
This Thor Quantum is definitely one of the best in your inventory but it did already show some wear and tear for as new as it is. Some cabinet doors come open during driving and the TV on top of the entrance tends to come loose. The grey tank pipe leading to the dump valve was leaking which I found out later was due to a crack that completely broke and I had to repair while I was at my last campsite. I think these are all design issues that you should bring up with Thor. Having said that, this was a very nice unit to drive. I have rented a Dodge Promaster chasis before and it doesn't compare to the Mercedes chasis in drivability. I also got much better gas mileage with the Mercedes. I hope that this unit stays well for you as I plan to rent this one again in the future.
