The interior is spacious and comfortable with a large driver's side slide-out spanning the entire length of the RV. For sleeping arrangements, there is a full-size bunk bed that retracts from the roof over the driver and passenger seats, the sofa converts to a pull-out bed, the dining table area converts to a bed, and there is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own TV, a large closet, a walk-around bed, and lots of storage space!The exterior features include a full-size awning with LED lights, outdoor speakers, a TV, Sink and a Minifridge!This RV includes lots of Storage, Hookups, A Generator, Solar & Automatic Leveling Jacks. Just what you need to sleep up to 8 guests.Our family has enjoyed this RV for years and we have created many lifelong memories! Altre cose di cui prendere notaHere are some IMPORTANT things to know:-We are pet friendly, but we charge a $250 pet fee. There is always extra cleaning required to fully remove all of the pet hair and potential odors in preparation for our next renter.
-It is expected that you return our RV in the same condition that you received it (Exterior washed, Interior cleaned out, swept, surfaces cleaned, cleaned dishes, etc.) If not, we charge a $275 cleaning fee
-It is expected that you return the RV with a FULL Tank of gas as you received it. If not, we charge a $550 fueling fee.
-It is expected that you return the RV with the septic and water tanks emptied. If not, we charge a $175 emptying fee.
-We will need to know where you plan on taking the RV.

510/10 recommend renting this RV. They were very accommodating, reasonable and willing to work with our unique situation. They delivered the rv (for a small fee of course) and helped us level the RV before taking off. So helpful! Great at communicating.
