Meet Jasmine!She is a 2008 Dodge Sprinter van. She is a modern and minimal retreat vehicle. This once utility van was converted with love by myself, but mostly with skill from a professional carpenter/friend. By design this van is simple and clean. During the build, we focused heavily on functionality and after living in this van for 2 years full-time, I promise this van checks all the essential boxes. If you are looking for bells and whistles, this van is probably not for you. That said, if you want a van built tough with great bones and a dumby proof electrical system, then look no further.Jasmine is perfect for :
- overnights on the coast (that perfect ocean view)
- camping adventures
- writing or artistic getaways

No tailgatingDiesel ONLY!Should you need to fill the water tank: it is lightweight and is easily unhooked from the water pump for direct transport to/from any water hookup spot.Should you need to empty the grey water tank, it is also lightweight and is easily unhooked from the sink for transport to/from any grey water transport station.There are NO electrical hookups. The battery bank is charged by driving and by solar panels. We have never had any issues with this: if you are concerned about your battery usage, there is an easily accessible panel that will show you the percentage of battery available.The stove hooks up to 16 oz camping gas canisters. One canister lasts us for ~ 1 week of light cooking. Shower inside and out!-Storage: TONS! Basically moved my entire apartment into this van with ease. No downsizing needed.-Water: Van holds 36 gallons of fresh water, that is connected to both the sink and shower.-Fan: Van is outfitted with a fantastic fan that keeps a nice breeze moving through the cabin for a comfortable sleep.-Toilet: located in a hidden storage spot behind the shower area. Pulls out into the shower pan for use.-Solar: 300Watt system (3x100 watt flexible panels) powering 2x155Ah (in parallel) batteries. Easily handles load.
