Standard indoor bathroom with shower, it also includes towels, washcloths for 6. The booth seating and over cab storage convert into sleeping areas with complete linens. Outdoor entertainment center and shower with hot / cold water. Full basement to manage water and sewer components. Easy maintenance flooring throughout. Comfortable driving cockpit with access to living compartment. 7 seatbelts in all.

-NO BURNING MAN. Other festivals may be considered with pre-approval and additional prep and cleaning fees.
-No smoking anything in the RV. It is stored on a federal facility so no federally illegal drugs allowed.
-Pick up and drop off hours are between 10am and 6pm or legal dusk, whichever occurs first. This is for both the renter and owner's best
interest. Walkthroughs take time to complete and pictures of any existing damage need to be taken in good lighting.
-Travel plans and reservations will be clearly communicated and any location changes will requires owner approval. Inability to provide travel
plans will result in booking cancellation.
