It's a 1997 but looks and feels at least 10 years newer. Well taken care of. Has everything you need for a great trip. Pop top, huge awning, fold down couch, swivel front seats, stove, generator, shore power and city water connections... Goes on and on! Portable toilet that hides away in bottom cabinet. Pop up tent included to use for the toilet/shower outdoor.Cosa è inclusoUtensils, cookware, plates, camping table, camp chairs, outdoor stove. Lantern and some outdoor lights. Other camping supplies can be included, some no charge, other for a fee. Please inquire. We don't usually include bedding but can throw in some sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets for a small fee.RaccomandazioniBeach campsites around Southern CA are the best.
