Gas, Propane, and Fresh Water will be Full when you receive it and we expect them to be Full when it is returned, with dirty water tanks Empty. Remember to empty the tanks and refill water at your last RV park and keep toilet and water off-limits to avoid extra charges.

We love the cozy, comfortable feeling in our RV when we take a trip. A comfy bed, great food and a DVD movie in our private suite on wheels.
We have met many new friends and enjoyed old ones as well around campfires at night while having our own happy hour and being out under the stars.
We love the river and lakes. Havasu anyone? Ever been to lake Mead? There is more to Las Vegas than just gambling. How about Southern California's many beach campgrounds?
