Rodrigo was GREAT! He was on time dropping off and right on time picking up. He went above and beyond to help us out on anything we needed. He set up the trailer walked us through how everything worked on the trailer and where things were located. He is a great host and I would definitely recommend using him and will use him again in the future.

Because I was having problems navigating the Outdoorsy platform, I called and had a customer service rep assist me. I initially rented 3 RV trailor as extra sleeping quarters for a family reunion at a really nice, huge darn that had been converted into a wedding and gathering facility 20 miles south of Fort Worth. All three Outdoorsey reps were very nice. After wasting more than 3 hours spanning 3 days trying to remove a double charge for the delivery on my first rental, I canned customer service with a strong knowledge of the various preferences offered by different hosts and had make a list. I gave the list to each of the 3 reps to filter out hosts who didn't meet my preference. With there help, and after reviewing the base cost details along with each filterd extra charge (like filling and dumping the tanks, providing a portable generartor, delivery to and pick up from our reunion site, etc., I submitted requests for bookings including credit card payment information. None of the 3 worked out based on the detail cost breakout the customer service rep pointed me to, after the set my filter preferences on their computer. Making bad matters worse, after I paid, I could not go back and find details matching those provided by the Outdoosy reps. One charged me extra for a generator that was supposed to have been in the orginal price. This host, Rodrigo, took $60 out of my refundable deposit apparently for filling the 30 gallon water tank...when it was supposed to be filled. I specifically told all reps that I needed the tanks filled and dumped. Rodrigo seemed nice enough during several phone conversations leading up to and during the delivery, rental and pick up. But, after he without explanation took $60 from my deposit, he ignored 4-5 calls and texts from me demanding an explanation. I finally had to contact Outdoorsy and they told me the $60 was for him filling the 30 gsllon water tank that was supposed to have already been added as an extra in the initial rental. I will never use Outdoorsy again and the fact that Rodrigo had no problems connunicating with me before he took the $2 per gallon water, tells me who he really is. Never again!!!
