Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Heat furnace, window AC unit. Sink, bathroom, refrigerator, awning perfect for river trips. We also have a playpen for your little ones available, that fits perfectly in the dinette area. If interested, please send me a mesage telling me a little about yourself and your plans. The RV was in great shape and just as described. It was my first time RV camping, so I had a lot of questions. Stuart was very responsive and helpful in getting everything figured out. Definitely recommend!

The RV was wonderful! Cozy and warm and it felt like home! The hosts went out of their way to ensure a great experience. I would give 10 stars if possible. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
