Brand new 2020! Perfect for a couple or a family-sleeps 5. Only 3,097 lbs. Easy to pull (most SUV's can handle it). Lots of storage! Camping made easy thanks to an awesome floor plan.Extra large fridge and freezer, AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo, with inside and outside marine grade speakers, 20 lb. propane tank, electric ball hitch jack w/light, 4 stabilizer jacks, Furnace, Hot water heater, hi-flo water pump, AC, full length power awning with blue LED lighting, deluxe mag 14" wheels and more!
Floorplan features large rear bunks with storage and usb ports, private rear bath with shower, separate toilet, ceiling vent fan, mid-kitchen with stove, range vent hood, sink, stainless steel microwave, large fridge and freezer, convertible dinette (with enclosed storage under seats), "lift-up" front queen bed with (hypoallergenic evergreen matress) usb jacks, (with huge enclosed storage area underneath also accessible through exterior compartment door), lots of overhead cabinet storage (with up-graded hydraulic hinge supports- so that you don't have to fight with cabinet doors flopping down on your hands while you are accessing cabinets),TV antenna with hook-ups (TV not included), 26" entry door vs. 22" on many models, large outside folding assist handle for easy entry, friction hinged door that does not fly open at the slightest breeze, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, safety glass windows, newly designed "stable steps" (no more wobbly stairs that pinch your knuckles and hands when you're trying to fold them away), inside monitor panel (for tank levels), outside porchlight.

RV needs better maintenance. The queen size bed mattress is shot and needs replacement. Window shades were nonfunctional so you could not let light in or torn (front bed left of door). Strainer to sink is broken and the removable basket needs replacement. Floor and other surfaces were not clean. Repaired two other items while using....faucet aerator and drain cap under vehicle that was leaking. Tank level guages were not functional so you never knew what the situation was with grey or black water. Lee was easy to work with and helpful when texted. Layout of camper was excellent for this size. If problems were corrected would repeat renting.

We had a blast!!! It was the perfect size for two on a four day trip to Big Bend. Easy to set up, maintain, and use throughout our trip. Lee was so very prompt to return calls and communicate with us through text messages. I pulled this trailer with a tacoma and it ran smooth. If you want a get away from a reliable renter take this one! What a treat!
