RV Condition As you will be able to tell during our walk-through, we take care of our RVs!, and have ensured they are cleaned and fully operational for your trip. We ask that you bring it back in the same confidition. If the RV requires excessive cleaning when it returns, a $75 fee will be charged. Trip Insurance: As part of the Bemo RV booking, you will be required to purchase insurance for your trip. You are responsible for any damage to our RV, the property of others and also for any injury you may cause while on the trip - so please be safe. Bemo No Nos - Please do not: Smoke in the RV (Any kind of smoking or vaping ;) Bring your pets in the RV Get on/ Climb the rear ladder Take the RV to Mexico or Canada Tow something with the RV Perform maintenance or repairs without contacting us first Bemo Yes Yes’- Please do: Call/ text us if you have questions - We are here for you! Let us know if something is not working right - We will try to troubleshoot for you. Let us know if there are any damages that happen during the trip Giving us a heads up of things not working or damages as soon as they happen will allow us to work with you to ensure you have the best trip possible. Additionally, this helps us be ready for any repairs that need to be made before the next renter takes the RV Roadside Service Roadside service is offered as part of the rental. We will include the phone number to Roadside Service in your Bemo Booklet. Tire, wheel and windshield damages during the trip are the responsibility of the renter Tolls All-Electronic Tolling is becoming more and more prevalent in many popular areas of the USA. "All-Electronic" Tolling means the traveler using these roads has no option to pay local tolls with cash. Instead, a picture of the vehicle's license plate is taken and used to assess toll charges. Bemo will pay the tolling authority or road agency directly at no cost to the renter. Parking / Traffic Violations The renter is responsible for reporting and payment of all parking/traffic violations at rental return. Your credit card will be charged for any charges/fines/penalties issued Bemo in addition to an administrative fee of up to $250 as a result of your not reporting a parking/traffic violation at return.
