Sprinter Van Rental Rules 🚐 Driving & Safety • Driver must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license. • No off-road driving, rock crawling, or river crossings (maintained dirt roads are allowed). • Obey all traffic laws and speed limits. • No climbing on the roof or ladder unless you have communicated with me first. ⛽ Fuel & Fluids • The van will be provided with a full tank of diesel; please return it full. • Use Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) only when prompted by the van. • Report any warning lights or mechanical issues immediately. 🛏️ Inside the Van • No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the van. • No pets unless pre-approved. • Treat the interior with care — no wet gear, muddy boots, or ski edges on seats. • Use the provided cookware and bedding responsibly; return clean and undamaged. 🧹 Cleaning & Waste • Remove all trash before returning the van. • Clean dishes, wipe counters, and sweep floors. • Additional cleaning fees may apply if van is returned excessively dirty. ❄️ Winter Use • Do not fill up the outside water tank if it is less than 30°. Only use inside water tanks. • Keep diesel tank above ¼ full to prevent freezing in cold weather. • Do not idle for extended periods; use the heater system as instructed. 📍 Campsites & Parking • No illegal camping, parking, or trespassing. • Respect quiet hours at campgrounds and public lands. • Only use designated campsites or approved dispersed camping areas. 📱 Communication & Emergencies • Contact us immediately if the van is damaged, stuck, or involved in an accident. • Roadside assistance is provided by outdoorsy. 🕒 Return Policy • Return at agreed time and location. • Late returns may incur additional charges.
