We analyzed all the Class B's in the 2023 offering and landed on this beautiful Roadtrek Play Slumber. Roadtrek's reputation and history was one of the deciding factors. Other notable features is seatbelts for 5, pop top for additional sleeping and a refrigerator that was not on the floor, but elevated behind the cooking stove. There is also a perfectly designed pantry and 37 gallon fresh water capacity. My kids and wife love the Roadtrek so much they are constantly napping, reading or watching movies while it is parked in the driveway. They love it !
The van has an electric couch in the back that can convert to two twins, or a king bed. Pop top can sleep 2 adults and we have a bunk for a single person over the captain chairs.
This is perfect for a family of 5. We are dog lovers and know the value of sharing your life with your furry companion.
You will be equipped with solar power, indoor shower, toilet, outside shower, and a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, fridge and freezer.
My wife was equally excited for the Breville Espresso maker and instant frother purchased for the van. She actually goes into the van to make coffee and enjoy the views. You will love the coffee !
The RV is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable. We are farmers and winemakers. Each rental includes wine we made from different regions and eggs from the chickens in our backyard. For rentals of five days or more, we will include our world famous Rancheros Sauce, Cotija cheese, and tortillas for Huevos Rancheros your first morning.
We provide DVD's to watch or feel free to bring your USB with movies downloaded.

Our favorite campground is [URL removed]. We procure frozen food from Trader Joes. Heat up in the microwave or stove for delicious meals.

1. Overall, please take care of the van so it is nice for the next renters.
2. Limit van use to 5 people.
3. While this van is easy to drive, it is most comfortable to drive at or below the speed limit.
4. It has a backup camera but when backing up in tight or unfamiliar spaces, have a passenger spot you.
5. All passengers must legally wear seat belts (five maximum).
7. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the RV.
8. The van must be vented when using the stove top.
9. Absolutely NO OFF-ROADING - stay on established, maintained, state, county roads. Well groomed and maintained dirt roads are okay.
10. If the check engine light comes on, pull over ASAP and call me using the emergency cell number I will provide.
11. Do not climb on the roof.
12. You should reasonably expect to spend 60-90 minutes at pickup to learn the ins and outs of the van.
13. Be careful of low hanging trees. They can scrape and damage the solar panel.
14. WINTER RENTING: Water may not be available for use in the van in the colder months.
15. WINTER RENTING: Since the van is front wheel drive it is recommend to only visit desert areas and stay in lower elevations when there is potential for snow.
16. If your furry friend cannot stay of furniture or front seats, we suggest they do not join you on your trip.
