We deliver to the Monterey Bay and surrounding areas depending on location.Our rig exceeds the length restrictions for Pfeiffer State Park so unfortunately we cannot accommodate this campsite.With delivery we set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we can pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you.We do not allow our trailer to be used on any beach so that we can keep it clean and maintains the quality for our renters.
Our units are thoroughly cleaned with microban cleaner, floor and carpets steamed cleaned after each rental.

Erik was highly responsive, provided thorough explanations, punctual delivery, and extensive amenities like stocked kitchenware and outdoor setups. Recent feedback, however, notes a lack of instructions and rude owner interaction for issues like pests.
Well-stocked but with maintenance issues
The trailer is noted for being clean, spacious, and fully stocked with essentials. However, recent rentals experienced functional problems like no hot water, backed-up sinks/toilet, non-working TV, intermittent internet, and evidence of mice.

5.0We had such a great experience with Erik. The Colman RV was really clean, everything functioned perfectly and was plenty of space for our family. Erik was extremely responsive to questions/requests prior to our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Highly recommend!

4.0Only because as novice trailer renters it would have been nice to have some sort of instruction manual on how things worked. No hot water. Kitchen sink backed up. Toilet backed up and luckily we found a real cool guy who taught us how to resolve the issues and he turned on the hot water. Kids finally got the radio to work, but never the TV. However, with intermittent internet probably couldn't have live-streamed the programs anyway. Other than that we LOVED EVERYTHING and can't wait for next year so we have an even better experience. A 5-star one vs 4.8. Overall an AWESOME experience!!! Thanks for everything. Will reserve as soon as we get dates for next year and reserve same spot. It was absolutely the best spot for our family and the two potlucks we hosted. Others commented they're ready to upgrade, too. So be on the lookout for new customers. 😃🤩

1.0Awful experience. RV had evidence of mice. While we were out grocery shopping, mice left dropping on our fresh blankets. Owner Mike was extremely rude about it all. Told us we should’ve just brushed the poop off.

5.0Erik and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Erik answered emails right away and on delivery day he was right on time. Their set up is more than hooking it up; they even set up tablecloths and outdoor rugs to give it a cozy feeling. Erik explained everything and when I couldn't figure out the TV (even though he explained it) he answered my text at 10 at night. They supply everything, all you need is food. But that is another thing, there are spices and condiments and plates. What more can you ask for? They have thought of everything. If you don't rent from him you are missing out. Renting from some one else might make a good trip but renting from Erik will make a GREAT trip!
