We want every guest to have a fun, stress-free adventure while helping us keep JARVIS clean, safe, and ready for future travelers. Please review the following before booking: • No smoking or vaping inside the camper or within 50' outside • Pets may be approved case-by-case • No climbing or walking on the roof • No off-road travel or unmaintained roads • Renters are responsible for tolls, tickets, campground fees, and damages during the trip. • “Prepaid Toll Convenience Fee” — $25 (Optional) Covers standard toll usage and processing for routes where toll invoices may be mailed after the trip. Excessive toll charges beyond the prepaid amount may still be billed separately. • Septic-safe toilet paper only. • Awning must be retracted during wind or storms or when not with camper. • Return camper in reasonably clean condition to avoid extra cleaning fee. • Late returns may result in additional fees if not communicated in advance • If towing, renters must have an appropriate tow vehicle and towing experience • Delivery is optional for distances more than 75 miles away. Just message us to see if we can accommodate. If this is your first RV trip, no problem — we are happy to walk you through towing, setup, hookups, and operation before your adventure begins.
