This being our family's side hustle, we ask for common courtesy in returning the RV generally about as clean as it was delivered to you. Large messes will be charged at $80/hr against your security deposit.
- Please return with same fuel level to within 1/8 tank (not applicable when the RV is delivered). The gas station near our house sells Ultra-Low Sulfer Diesel for convenient refilling.
- Always put the provided yellow jack pads under the leveling jacks when parking on anything other than concrete or pavement (even gravel - we've had it sink).
- If for whatever reason you retry the auto leveling, make sure the hydraulics have cooled off for 2-3 minutes since the prior attempt or since operating the super slide.
- Always hook up the provided power conditioner to any shore power (campground, personal home, etc.) and NEVER plug the RV's plug directly into any other outlet.
- Please use the provided water filter inline when connecting to any shore water.
- Do not allow more than 45psi of water pressure in the RV.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Completely flexible! We understand not everyone has a Class A license required to drive this beast. We make it a fun family trip to deliver and retrieve the RV together. The charge is per-night not necessarily a 24hr period, so no worries about taking a little extra time on the last day to wrap things up.
