5.0We had a spectacular time. Never had we done a campervan on a trip. It was so much fun my wife and I laughed and laughed almost daily. What a surprise. The learning curve was very small and we adjusted to this type of travel instantly. When we had a question Dave and Jen got right back to us every time. They were most helpful always. We will certainly be doing this again.

5.0David and Jen were a breeze to communicate with, so accommodating and prompt. Van was perfect for us — everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Easy to drive and simple mechanicals. We’d love to rent it again soon!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am flexible and can accommodate almost any pickup or drop-off time. Feel free to ask if you have an oddball request, it will probably work!

How will I know how to operate all the different parts of the van?
A.
Great question! First and foremost, I designed the van with rental in mind so I made everything as simple and integrated as possible. Second, you will receive a comprehensive digital and paper guide to all the van systems and functions, in addition to the walk-through at pickup. Bottom line - it's easy and anyone can do it.

Why isn't there any availability in 2026?
A.
Unfortunately in late 2025 our van was severely damaged on a rental, through no fault of the renters. Outdoorsy refuses to cover the damage - despite tens of thousands of dollars in insurance premiums paid by renters over 5 years of perfect rentals - and is offering a fraction of the van's value that will not come close to replacing it or completely repairing it. If and when circumstances change, the booking calendar will be reopened.
