Please sweep the floor and make sure there are no stains on the upholstery or beds. There will be extra charges if these basic requests have not been completed. Please be courteous and considerate of other guests and care for our home away from home to avoid extra charges. Please note: we do not allow pets in this vehicle.

Ryker promptly resolved initial trip hiccups, responded within hours, and was very accommodating, even helping out in a pinch for urgent RV needs.

Inconsistent condition, cleanliness issues

While some guests found the RV in excellent condition, one reported leaks, a broken stove, and uncleanliness with pet fur and empty drinks.

The most terrible experience ever. The RV was in ridiculous condition. Was not able to use shower at all. Water leak everywhere. Stove was broken. RV was nasty. (3) Empty drinks left up on overhead. Pet fur everywhere.

Do not climb on the roof. The ladder is strictly for roof repair, not for hanging out. Absolutely no smoking in the RV, this includes while driving. If you leave a vehicle in our yard, we charge $100/vehicle. Fill up the fuel before returning the RV (we do not require propane to be full).
