Communication / Owner Responsiveness

Renters consistently highlight the owner's communication and responsiveness as a key factor in their experience. Reviews describe the owner as 'easy to work with,' having 'great communication,' being 'super flexible and wonderful to communicate with,' and 'very helpful' in answering questions and accommodating needs, even when unforeseen circumstances like cancellations arise. This indicates that clear, helpful, and flexible interaction with the owner significantly enhances the rental experience, building trust and satisfaction for renters.

Vehicle Condition

The physical state and maintenance of the RV are frequently mentioned, impacting both positive and negative experiences. Renters value a 'clean, well maintained' vehicle, indicating a smooth and enjoyable trip. Conversely, significant issues with the 'RV and its condition' led to partial refunds and cancellations, emphasizing how critical a well-functioning vehicle is to the overall satisfaction and success of a rental. The expectation is that the RV is in good working order and as described.
