4We arrived in Sacramento to see our Coleman lantern 20 foot trailer prepped and ready to go. Alexander helped us hook up our load distributing hitch and it fit perfectly. We received excellent service both departing and returning. The trailer was clean inside and out and in excellent condition overall with a comfortable bed, nice hot water, etc. The two deep cycle batteries were in poor condition (max charge 55% w/ my volt meter), probably from being drawn down too low by previous renters. Luckily, I brought my own deep cycle battery and was able to easily hook it up rather than run my truck to recharge. Overall, renting was a good experience.
