Full size, queen with privacy curtain, bunk beds for the kids, and a couch and kitchen table that turn into beds as well. There is indoor bathroom and a good size shower. Lots of storage inside and out.
Microwave, oven, stove, heater and AC included and awning for those hot days under the sun. Cosa è inclusoKitchen utensils, silverware, small plates and bowls and minimal cookware.Delivery and pick up within 100 miles available upon request.

Renter responsible if anything is stolen or damaged.Fresh Water Tank is 52 gallons, 42 gallon Grey Water tank and 42 gallon black water tank. You must also empty the Black and Grey water tanks before returning or pay a $75 convenience fee. Most campgrounds have a dump site available for free.$65 cleaning fee required.If you are towing, you MUST have a brake controller installed in your tow vehicle and it must be rated to tow 7000 lbs or more. I can not release the trailer unless you meet these requirements.Do not exceed occupancy of the rig.
Do have extra people along that are not a part of your party.
