Easy to Drive Class A Motorhome, this 31ft motorhome will fit in most national forest park, great for Drydocking or full hook up. Will seat up to 7 and sleep up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children comfortably with 1 queen size bed a dinette and a sofa that will convert into beds.After each use, it is professionally cleaned and sanitized for the next family or group.Includes:Backup cameras with audio and night vision

-Basic cookware and dining ware
-Linens and pillow for Queen size bedAltre cose di cui prendere nota-No smoking of any kind (Drugs, Cigarettes, Cigar, Vape, etc...). If there is any evidence or odor that there has been smoking in the unit, your security deposit will be forfeited. NOTE: The owner has the final say and cannot be disputed.
-If you have a pet in the unit without approval, there will be a minimum of $500 fine + cleaning fee that will be claimed from your security deposit. If pet odor, fur, urine, and/or feces cannot be completely removed after cleaning, renter is responsible for replacing the cost of surfaces contaminated. NOTE: The owner has the final say and cannot be disputed.
-No trips to festivals or Burning Man. Your security deposit will be forfeited based on GPS.
-No Roof Access - $200 fine.
-You are responsible for tickets, tolls, impounds and tows.
-If you are late returning the unit without approval from the owner, there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour with a minimum of an hour.
-The renter is responsible for checking and maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Any cost associated with negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility
-The unit has a dash cam and GPS tracking. Any tampering will result in a $200 fine per day.
-If the Fuel is not full at the time of returning, there will be a charge of $50 + fuel cost that will be claimed from your security deposit.
-Any charges or fine listed above will also have a transaction processing fee attached.
-No awning access
-Please work with the owner to schedule pick up and drop off times.

Great experience! Josh was very helpful and walked me through the RV. There are useful updates, including multiple USB outlets to charge electronic devices throughout the RV. They provided sheets, towels, paper towels, soap, pots and pans, etc. to make the trip nice and easy! Thank you!
