Very clean and fully loaded, half-ton towable - all you need is food, a destination, and good company to enjoy this Travel Trailer!Inside you'll enjoy a comfortable (upgraded) pillow-top Queen mattress for the master "bedroom". The sofa directly as you walk in is a jackknife sofa that pulls into bed (with storage underneath!). In the slide is the kitchen dinette that also converts to a bed. This trailer has a lot of storage for your needs. Air Conditioning and Heater work great and will keep you comfortable regardless of outdoor elements. Power Awning provides for great shade and patio feel.Note: Trailer is 11 feet 3 inches tall to the top of the A/C UnitCosa è inclusoEverything you need to run the rig:Dishes, cookware, coffee maker, outdoor table, sewer hookups, water hoses, water filtration, extra water jugs, Andersen leveling blocks with mats and bag, x-chocks, stabilizing blocks, 50-foot 30A extension cord, 30A surge protector, 15A to 30A dogbone adapter, 50A to 30A dogbone adapter, Camp Chef 2-burner stove with quick-disconnect hose to trailer, and generator (if desired).Every trip will include the following below items as outlined:-Fresh sheets on master bed. We also have custom-cut foam for dinette bed to aid in sleeping comfort.- Fresh water tank (90 gallons) available to be filled before pickup by request only (additional fee available in add-ons). If you don't want the weight while traveling, feel free to fill up closer to your destination.- Black and Grey tanks partially filled and ready with pretreatment for worry-free dumping of your dumping- Generator and fuel can available upon request!
