Outdoor BBQ grill.
Equipped with high end speakers in the bedroom, living area, and outside.
Main bedroom has a queen bed while the rear bedroom has bunk beds, however, the bottom bunk can be converted into a couch or King size bed.
TV in the main room with high quality soundbar.
Also, has onboard Wifi!!!
Powerful AC with multiple Max Fans throughout to draw the hot air out.RV will include:
Cutter boards, Pots and Pans (please see photos)
4 coffee mugs
RV Toilet paper and paper towels
Plastic forks, spoons, plastic cups
Knifes, tongs, scissors, and spatulas
Aluminum foil, zip lock bags, and plastic garbage bags
Dish soap, brand new sponge
Brand new unopened toothpaste and toothbrush just in case you forget to pack one
(2) single 'TST Max' for the bathrooms (breaks down waste & tissue - stops odors up to 7 days)Generator Options:

$799/monthIf the trailer is delivered to you, we will need to set it up and we’ll tell you how to break it down. When we pick up the trailer, it should be ready to go (tanks emptied and everything closed up)Renter is responsible for dumping ALL tanks (grey, black and white) due to the pandemic.If for any reason the tanks and sewer hoses are not properly cleaned and flushed, we will charge a fee of $400)-No Burning Man. No Exceptions
-Due to Covid, a mandatory $100 fee will be included to disinfect the RV, but please clean your trash/food out of the RV or an additional $150 will be charged.
-A $250 late fee will be imposed if renter is more than 45 minutes later than the agreed meeting time, no exceptions.
