Brand New Jayco Jay Flight

This guy lied and said there was cigarette smoking in the trailer. No one in our party is a smoker, what he smelled was urine due to my dog's incontinence; for this reason, I paid extra for a deep pet cleaning. In addition, he could not be bothered to be at the location when we dropped off the vehicle but miraculously showed up two minutes after. As to the trailer itself, the generator hardly worked, so I drove to Portland 3 hours roundtrip to get one from a friend. The oven did not work, the AC and heater were barely functional, the stopper on the toilet sink could barely be moved, and the gray water filled up so fast it was a nightmare. This guy is a scammer and is trying to get more $, because according to his Linked In profile, he hasn't worked in over a year and he needs the cash- this was the by far the worst trailer rental experience we have ever had. My wife has already begun to consult with small claims lawyer about this ridiculous charge.

Kyle is super helpful and friendly! He explains everything on the trailer and how to use it prior to your departure! Trailer is a great and the perfect size for a family with kids!

This was a great little RV for two people. If you have little kids could accommodate 2 or 3. Lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, and clean. Kyle was incredibly responsive and made pickup and delivery easy.

Amazing experience. Awesome people to work with, gorgeous trailer! Highly recommend and will definitely be doing this again!
