You’ll also need to ensure campsite can accommodate a trailer up to 30’ (to include hitch length).- Please no smoking inside our camper…if suspected or evidence is found, a $500 fee will be charged.- For any booking over 4 nights, NOT booked on a site with full hook-ups (site including water and sewer) a $50 fee will be collected for filling of fresh water tank prior to delivery as well as the emptying of black and grey tanks after the 4th day of your stay and/or at the end of your trip. This is to ensure that the black and grey tanks do not get backed-up causing major issues!!- Renters will be responsible for all damages beyond the $500 security deposit.- Outside awning is NOT covered by insurance. Renter is 100% responsible for full repair or replacement if you chose to use the awning and it is damaged during stay (PLEASE retract awning during heavy wind/rain and at night to be safe)!
