Moterdog 5000 is an adventure-ready 2023 Mount Massive from Colorado Teardrops that sleeps two adults and two kids. Our seven-year-old came up with the name, and we still don't know what it means... but we love it! Hard to tell what's going on in that noggin' sometimes.The outdoor galley on this camper was one of the biggest attractions for us, and it hasn't disappointed. There is a bunch of counter space, lots of storage, and camp cooking is just so much more fun for us when we're doing it outdoors. Plus no bacon splatter all over the interior!The interior sleeps two adults on a queen size bed, plus two kids on 58" bunks. The bunks are soooo much fun for the kids! Our teenager is too big, so we bring a tent along for him. He doesn't really want to be seen in public with us anymore, so... win-win?Speaking of animals, we hope you bring yours along on your adventure, but please make other sleeping arrangements. We put ours either in the car overnight, or in the tent with said teenager.You can read a lot more about this camper at the Colorado Teardrops website (which I'm prohibited from typing in here).Numbers, numbers, numbers: The trailer weighs 1470# dry, with a tongue weight of about 250#. Your Outback, mid-side SUV, or minivan will make easy work of it. The coupler height is 12", and there is a standard RV 7-pin plug for the brakes.We had an Epic two week road trip last summer; Moterdog 5000 absolutely ate it up, and we made many, many happy memories.
