2018 Heartland Sundance
This is a brand new travel trailer and is the perfect get away for family and friends. This trailer has a lot to offer and will make your camping experience a memorable one.Bedrooms:
Queen size master bedroom with lots of closet storage and double bunk beds with a u-shaped dinette slide out that turns into a bed. USB charging stations in each bedding area.Kitchen:
The kitchen features a large, deep stainless steel sink, a full size fridge with freezer, 3 burner gas stove, oven and microwave. Included in the rental is a toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, cups/mugs, plates/bowls, serving bowls, knife block set.Indoor Amenities:
Central heat and AC with thermostat controls, lots of floor space inside and entertainment includes 40" flat screen TV with an in house DVD player and an indoor/outdoor stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities.Outdoor Amenities:
Easy to use power awning with LED lighting and a large outdoor awning mat. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink and dual burners. Quick connect BBQ is available as an add on.Towing/Mechanical:
Trailer comes with weight distribution and stabilizer hitch. Power tongue jack and cap lights for those late night set ups, water heater and fridge are both two-way units (propane or land power) you will receive the unit with two full 20lb propane tanks ready for use.What you need:
We would appreciate you treating this trailer as if it were your own. We would like it returned in the same condition as it was when it left. We appreciate all of the interior thoroughly rinsed and cleaned. If it is returned in poor condition/unclean there will be a minimum fee of $150 deducted from the security deposit.
All you will need to do to rent is provide your own linen, have a proper tow vehicle (we require a truck with break controller for towing) food and you are ready to go!We have a no smoking/vaping policy and would prefer no pets.

We are a family of four that love camping. Growing up we camped every summer with our families and it is our passion to pass the love of camping on to our children. If you love camping as much as we do, you will love our trailer. There is something about being outside and enjoying the outdoors and being close to nature that makes you feel like you are getting away from the business of life. These are going to the be moments that your family remembers for the rest of their lives.

Our family of four had a fantastic holiday in Matt and Missy's spotlessly clean, cozy and very well equipped trailer. Matt and Missy patiently communicated everything we needed to know as we were newbies to trailer camping. Whenever we had a question, their response was prompt. They are genuinely kind people who cared about delivering a top notch holiday experience.

This is a great, well designed trailer and Matt and Missy have equipped it with pretty much everything you need – top marks for trailer, cleanliness and service. They are quick to respond if you have inquiries, Matt had an extra hitch so the trailer would fit the height of my vehicle. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Matt and Missy were a pleasure to deal with and they made my first Outdoorsy adventure an amazing "glamping" experience! The trailer was absolutely perfect and well equipped. The delivery/set up/pick up option was well worth the cost. Im already looking forward to next year!
