3We were excited for this trip, and the owners were communicative leading up to our rental — even working with us to accommodate pickup on a tight turnaround. Unfortunately, once we arrived at our site, we experienced several issues with the trailer. The refrigerator didn’t work, 3/4 stabilizers were bent and/or unusable (despite multiple attempts and help from other campers), and the propane was leaking — which we had to shut off for safety. Due to limited cell service at our campsite, we decided to make do with the issues during the trip and informed the owner upon returning the trailer. To their credit, they responded and said repairs are being made, which we appreciate. That said, many of the issues were safety- and hygiene-related, and the trailer was not in the condition described at the time of our rental. We hope future guests have a better experience now that the issues have been addressed.
